You see it before you pay
If I have been in touch, it is because I already built a preview of your shop. Look at it on your phone. If it is not for you, ignore it and it comes down.

Say yes, pay half
A one-page agreement by email and a deposit invoice for half of NZ$1,490 + GST, due on receipt. Work on your own domain starts when it lands.

Two rounds, then live
Send changes as a list, twice. The other half is due before we point your domain at the site. Days, not weeks.

It is yours
You own the domain, the content and your Google listing. If you ever want to leave, you get a zip of the site and your DNS records — it can be hosted anywhere within an hour.

Questions
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The site is a one-off NZ$1,490 + GST. Hosting is included for the first year. If you want me to keep it up to date — hours, menu, photos, domain renewal — there is an optional care plan at NZ$35 + GST a month, cancel any time. Nobody is put on it without asking.
What if I already have a website?
Open it on your phone. If the menu is unreadable, the booking button is missing or it says 'coming soon', it is costing you customers who found you on Maps. That is the site I replace.
Are you Google? Will you get me to number one?
No and no. I am not affiliated with Google and I do not sell listings or rankings. I make sure your Google listing points at a site that opens and says the right things. What happens in search after that depends on your reviews and your competition.
Why so much cheaper than an agency?
Local studios quote three to eight thousand for a site like this because they design from a blank page over several weeks. I build from your existing menu, photos and reviews with a system I already have, in days. One page done well, not ten pages done slowly.
Who owns what?
You own your domain, your content and your Google Business Profile. You get a perpetual licence to the site. I keep the templates and tools I build with, and I may show your site in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Got a preview link from me? It is a mock-up built from public information about your business, not your website, and it is not indexed by search engines. It comes down on the date in the message, or straight away if you email phil@pnrcreations.com. I only ever contact a business once about a preview, by phone or to an address it has published itself, and “stop” means stop.
